Grizzly Bears Shimmying?

It isn't too often that humans catch sight of grizzly bears shimmying in the forest. But in northwestern Montana hidden cameras have caught just that and more.

Glacier National Park is known as bear country, and offers homes to hundreds of grizzly bears. Having remained on the threatened species list since 1975, the park has become an important place for humans examining the bears in detail.

Field biologists have been studying grizzly bears through DNA hair that is shed in their tracks and on trees, and through video footage of their behavior in the wild.

This information has helped biologists to determine the grizzly population throughout the  eight million acres in and around the park.
